ITI Pro Kosova has signed a cooperation agreement with IPKO to support the project “From Idea to Investment: 7 Kosovo Start-ups at PODIM Conference 2026,” an initiative designed to prepare Kosovo start-ups for investor pitching and representation at the international PODIM conference in Maribor, Slovenia.
ITI Pro Kosova is pleased to announce the signing of a cooperation agreement with IPKO within the framework of the project “From Idea to Investment: 7 Kosovo Start-ups at PODIM Conference 2026.” This development represents an important step in the implementation of an initiative aimed at empowering start-ups and innovative businesses from Kosovo through professional preparation, mentoring, and international exposure.
The project is designed to support 7 start-ups from Kosovo to participate in PODIM Conference 2026 in Maribor, Slovenia, one of the most important events for innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment in Southeast Europe. Through this program, the selected teams will benefit from training, mentoring, investor pitch preparation, and concrete opportunities for meetings with investors, business angels, venture capital funds, and potential partners.
The signing of the agreement with IPKO demonstrates private sector support for initiatives that strengthen the start-up ecosystem in Kosovo and create real opportunities for young innovators and entrepreneurs. This agreement provides the project with a stronger operational and institutional foundation, increasing its credibility and impact in preparing start-ups for the international stage.
At this stage, ITI Pro Kosova is also awaiting final confirmation from the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, as part of the institutional support expected to further strengthen project implementation. This process is a clear sign of the initiative’s seriousness and of the commitment to building the project on sustainable and trustworthy partnerships.
For ITI Pro Kosova, this initiative is not only an opportunity for travel or participation, but a structured process designed to connect innovative ideas from Kosovo with real opportunities for investment, growth, and cooperation.
All interested start-ups and innovative businesses are encouraged to follow ITI Pro Kosova’s official announcements for the next phases of the project, selection criteria, and the opportunities that will be offered through this initiative.
