This project was implemented by ITI Pro Kosova with the support of the Civic Engagement Program in Kosovo, implemented by KCSF in partnership with USAID Kosovo. The project “Empowering Youth through Technological Innovation and Skills Development” represents an important initiative of ITI Pro Kosova to support young people in Kosovo in preparing for the challenges of the digital era and the modern labor market. Supported by the Civic Engagement Program in Kosovo, implemented by the Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF) in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID Kosovo), the project was designed to create sustainable impact in the professional and civic development of youth.
Within this project, activities were developed to strengthen practical skills in technology, encourage innovation, and reinforce participants’ capacities to become better prepared for the labor market and for more active involvement in economic and social life. Through trainings, mentoring, institutional cooperation, and the engagement of different partners, the project created an integrated approach that connects education with practice and individual development with the real needs of the community.
One of the project’s main values was the creation of concrete spaces where young people could develop applicable knowledge, build professional confidence, and more clearly identify their path toward careers, entrepreneurship, or further engagement in fields related to technology and innovation. The project also contributed to strengthening cooperation among civil society organizations, educational institutions, and other actors who play a role in the development of human capital in Kosovo.
