This project was developed by ITI Pro Kosova to empower young people in Kosovo through practical training in technology, innovation, and business development. Through a skills-oriented approach, the project has created concrete opportunities for professional growth, labor market preparation, and stronger connections between participants and relevant community and professional actors.

“Build Your Future Network: Trainings in Technological Innovation and Business Development” is a project designed to support young people in developing technical, professional, and entrepreneurial skills in line with the demands of the modern labor market and digital transformation.
Through this project, ITI Pro Kosova has delivered free trainings and supporting activities aimed at increasing practical knowledge in areas of particular importance for the professional development of young people. The project was designed as a concrete platform for participant empowerment, helping them build stronger career foundations, increase professional confidence, and prepare for new employment and engagement opportunities in the technology and business development sectors.
As part of its implementation, the project has created spaces for practical learning, mentoring, collaboration, and youth engagement in processes connected to real skills development and future professional orientation. Through cooperation with institutions, schools, businesses, and other partners, this project has contributed to building a more supportive ecosystem for young people who aim to become active participants in digital transformation and the country’s economic development.
This project represents a clear example of ITI Pro Kosova’s commitment to creating initiatives with practical and sustainable impact, linking education with real community needs, technology with development opportunities, and young people with clearer perspectives for their future.
